OUR Mission

Queen T Artistry is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies through Art and Ministry by collaborating with local artists & organizations.

OUR Vision

Our vision is to be a place in the community that is actively creating an equitable and safe place where all people feel secure and welcome, have freedom of expression, and feel free to advocate for the equality of all individuals.

ARTISTRY

Local Art & Talent

Bringing local art and talent to our community for freedom of expression, whether in music, paint, drag, writing/poetry, hair design, etc. We believe all types of expression is a form of art and we want to bring the beauty of it to you.

Ministry

Fellowship Hour

We believe that all of God's children are worthy of His love, and He made us all equal. We want to bring a safe space for others that are looking to learn more about the writings and teachings of God, non-religious based, to bring a better understanding of who we are and our purpose in this life we live. This Fellowship Hour is on a voluntary basis and open to anyone who is interested.

Advocacy

Protect and Serve

As a local nonprofit through the state of Texas, we want to continue to service those in most need, which our own LGBTQ+ community would benefit from. We have a long way to go in the RGV and in our state, and we are looking for advocates like you to continue to do what we can to protect and serve our community.

Tiffany & Jen

The Founders

Rev. Tiffany "Queen T" Lozano & Jen Lozano have been partners since August of 2021 and have been committed members of Mount Calvary Christian Church in La Feria, TX.

Tiffany has worked in a nonprofit since 2013 at the Food Bank of the RGV, Inc. in Pharr, TX. Rev. Tiffany became an Ordained Minister in March 2022, with the honor and privilege of officiating over 25 weddings, and funerals, and has given several sermons at Mount Calvary Christian Church. Rev. Tiffany currently serves as the Vice President of the Board and Worship Leader at Mount Calvary Christian Church. Every year, since 2017, she has been asked to participate in the National Day of Prayer in Weslaco, TX, as well, to pray for the ill and needy in our RGV community.

Rev. Tiffany has been a singer since she was 8 years old. Rev. Tiffany, a.k.a. Queen T, has also collaborated with local rapper/artist KeynoteGz on the song "Broken Ones 319" on his 2022 EP "The Kid From the I" and had their first performance of the song featured out at the Flying Mic Night at the Flying Walrus in McAllen, TX in July of 2023.

Queen T is also a writer of poetry and her passion for the arts, the LGBTQ+ community, and ministry pushed her to start Queen T Artistry, Inc. with her partner and wife Jen Lozano.

Jen Lozano has been working as a medical professional since 2004. She started locally at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, TX before moving in 2007 to Staten Island, NY where she spent 13 years living and working doing what she loves. Amid the pandemic, Jen moved back down to the Rio Grande Valley to be closer to family, where she met her wife and cofounder of Queen T Artistry Inc.

Jen currently serves as an Usher at Mount Calvary Christian Church, and together with her wife, works every day to find ways to better serve the LGBTQ+ community in the RGV.
